Musicologie Norwell is seeking a Community Manager (Studio Manager) to lead our on-site studio and build a vibrant learning community for students, families, and teachers.

You'll oversee daily operations, enrollment inquiries, events, and staff development, reporting to the Studio Owner, with compensation starting at $54,000 plus incentive pay and benefits. This role requires strong leadership and communication, and a passion for music education.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or managing programs in a service or education setting.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and email channels.
• Ability to multitask and manage events, scheduling, and enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site studio experience and community events.
• Manage new student inquiries and enrollment workflow.
• Hire, onboard, and coach teachers using our systems.
• Oversee daily studio operations, payments, and merchandise.
