Musicologie Lakeway seeks a hands-on Community Manager (Studio General Manager) to lead day-to-day operations on-site. You’ll be the studio’s face during peak hours, handle scheduling, policies, and family communications, and plan recitals and community events.

You’ll drive enrollment and growth by responding quickly to inquiries, onboarding families, and running local marketing. You’ll hire, onboard, coach teachers, keep the studio organized, and ensure payments and data are accurately managed.

• Communicate well in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Stay organized and calm when juggling multiple tasks.
• Can lead and motivate a team of creative people.
• Pick up new software quickly (studio management system).
• Are motivated by hitting growth targets.
• Bonus: a music background.

Community Manager (Studio General Manager): Musicologie Lakeway

About Us: Musicologie Lakeway is a music school serving families in Lakeway and Bee Cave. We offer private lessons and group classes across instruments and voice, taught by great teachers and run on Musicologie's studio systems. We're growing, and we need a strong on-site leader to run the studio day to day.

The Role

• Title: Community Manager (this is a General Manager role)
• Type: Full-time, on-site
• Reports to: Studio Owners
• Pay: $45,000 base + incentive pay
• Hours: Generally 12:00–8:00 PM, Monday–Friday. You must be present during peak lesson hours (about 3:00–7:00 PM). Some weekends for events and recitals.

What You'll Own

• Studio & family experience: Be the face of the studio during peak hours. Handle scheduling, policy questions, and family communication. Plan and run recitals/concerts and community events.
• Enrollment & growth: Respond quickly to new inquiries by phone, text, and email. Take families from first contact to first lesson. Run local marketing using Musicologie's systems.
• Teacher team: Hire, onboard, train, and coach teachers. Keep the team engaged and performing.
• Operations: Keep the studio running and looking sharp. Order supplies, process payments, and keep data in our systems accurate.

You're a Fit If You
