Job summary

Musicologie Center City is seeking a Community Manager (Studio Manager) to lead our on-site studio, welcome students and families, and drive a vibrant learning culture.

You’ll oversee scheduling, enrollment, events, and teacher coaching, while partnering with the Studio Owner to grow enrollment and deliver exceptional music education.

Typical hours are afternoons/evenings with some weekend events; on-site role with competitive pay, incentives, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and coordinating with diverse groups of people.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with families and teachers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site studio operations and create a welcoming experience for students, parents, and teachers.
• Manage scheduling, enrollment processes, and studio events.
• Hire, onboard, and coach teachers using company systems.
• Oversee daily studio operations, including payments and inventory.
