Job summary

Camarillo Fitness LLC is seeking a General Manager for CamFit studios in Myrtle Beach. You will lead coaching, drive membership growth, manage studio operations, and report to the Regional Business Manager.

This role requires 2-3 years of coaching experience, current certifications, and strong sales leadership. It offers competitive compensation, full-time benefits, and a path to advancement within a growing network.

Qualifications

Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider (e.g., ACSM, ACE PT/GFI, NASM, NSCA, AFAA PT/GFI)
Current CPR/AED certification
OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain
2-3 years of coaching experience
Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team
Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance
Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Lead coaching excellence and class delivery to meet brand standards and safety.
Oversee intro class experience and member conversion with personalized prescriptions.
Own studio revenue performance including new memberships and renewals.
Develop coaches, manage scheduling, onboarding, and performance check-ins.
Recruit and develop sales associates; maintain a high-quality front-of-house culture.
Build a vibrant studio community with regular member touchpoints and events.
Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and daily operational readiness.
Oversee facilities, repairs, and preventative maintenance with documented processes.
Manage studio operations including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance.
