Job summary

Camarillo Fitness LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee fitness and sales, lead coaching staff, drive membership growth, and manage studio operations. You will report to the Regional Business Manager and guide a high-energy team across programs and member experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching excellence, revenue leadership, and a strong focus on community and staff development within Orangetheory Fitness studios.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain it.
• 2–3 years of coaching experience.
• Ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching team, deliver high-energy OTF classes per brand standards.
• Own studio revenue: new memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Oversee intro class experience and membership prescriptions.
• Develop coaches, manage onboarding and performance reviews.
• Drive studio operations, scheduling, payroll, and budgets.
• Foster community, culture, and exceptional member experiences.
