Job summary

Camarillo Fitness LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead CamFit studio operations, drive fitness results, and achieve membership growth. You will coach the team, manage class delivery, and own revenue performance within a dynamic Orangetheory Fitness studio.

You will oversee coaching staff, onboarding, payroll, scheduling, and customer experience while maintaining brand standards and safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership, operational know-how, and a passion for people

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider is required.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2-3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching excellence and class delivery to maintain quality and safety.
• Deliver personalized intro experiences and drive membership conversions.
• Own studio revenue performance including new memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Lead, manage, and develop the coaching team and onboarding.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales associates; manage front-of-house culture.
• Build a studio community through events, recognition, and engagement.
• Maintain staffing pipelines to ensure optimal staffing; avoid hiring shortages.
• Uphold cleanliness standards across all studio areas.
• Oversee facilities, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Own studio operations including scheduling and budget controls.
