Job summary

OT Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily and weekend studio operations and drive member experience. You will interact with prospective and current members, promote memberships, and help lead the sales efforts with the studio team.

The role requires a service mindset, strong communication, and a commitment to meeting performance expectations. This is a full-time position based in our Wisconsin studios.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospects and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the local community to grow brand awareness.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce sales process.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation with integrity.
• Process sales transactions in line with company policies.
• Respond to inquiries and feedback promptly, escalating issues when needed.
• Collaborate with studio team to ensure a seamless member and guest experience.
• Support marketing efforts including social media, events, and activations.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Participate in meetings and trainings to support growth and performance.
