West Coast Fitness is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support the Studio Manager in daily operations at our Ohio locations. This role emphasizes leadership, warm member interactions, and sales-driven tasks to grow the studio’s performance.

You will lead the Sales Associate team, manage client onboarding, tours, and ensure a smooth operation while participating in workouts and upholding a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sales skills with quota experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a gym setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
• Flexibility to work daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager in all studio operations.
• Lead and develop Sales Associate team daily.
• Own responsibility for studio tasks including lead/inventory management.
• Maintain records using OTF sales systems.
• Handle telephone inquiries and customer follow-ups.
• Host studio tours for prospects and members.
• Greet members with enthusiasm and create a welcoming environment.
• Participate in 1–2 OTF workouts weekly.
• Ensure clean, organized work areas and onboarding of new members.
