You will partner with the Studio Manager and staff to meet sales goals, maintain accurate member records, and deliver an exceptional member experience at every touchpoint. This full-time role requires strong customer service, communication, and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for all members and guests, reflecting brand standards.
• Present membership options and programs to members and prospects.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships within the local community to drive growth.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce the sales process.
• Maintain accurate member records and process transactions per policies.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with studio team to ensure a seamless member experience.
