Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory experience or managing programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, high-energy experience reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present memberships, explain programs and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach and follow-ups.
• Build relationships within the local community to generate opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
• Maintain accurate member records and documentation with integrity.
• Process sales transactions (cash/credit) per policy.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, escalate issues for resolution.
• Partner with team to ensure seamless member/guest experience.
• Support marketing efforts, events, and studio activations.
• Maintain clean, organized studio in line with standards.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and development opportunities.
