Job summary

OT Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in Carmel, Indiana to support daily and weekend studio operations and drive a premier member experience. You will be the main point of contact for prospective and current members, presenting membership options and services while upholding brand standards.

You will help achieve sales targets, onboard and coach Sales Associates, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team to ensure a welcoming, high-energy studio atmosphere

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality preferred (0-1 year).
• At least 6 months of leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospects, and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach and follow-ups to drive membership growth.
• Build and maintain relationships within the local community to generate new business opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce the sales process.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation with integrity and attention to detail.
• Process sales transactions (cash and credit) per policies.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution.
• Partner with studio team to deliver a seamless member and guest experience.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio activations to drive engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment aligned with brand standards.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings for growth.
