Job summary

OT Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily and weekend studio operations, ensuring a welcoming, high-energy member experience and driving membership sales and retention.

You will assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring Sales Associates, maintain accurate member records, process transactions, and help deliver a seamless, brand-aligned experience at the front desk and across the studio floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospects and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly present membership options and program benefits.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
