Job summary

Orangetheory - Franchise #0320 is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily and weekend studio operations and ensure exceptional member experiences. You will be a key contact for prospective and current members, representing the brand and driving membership sales and retention through relationship-building.

You will work with the studio team to meet sales goals, maintain a high-energy, welcoming environment, and ensure seamless member experiences across front desk and studio floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred (0-1 year).
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory responsibilities, or managing people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospects, and guests, reflecting brand standards.
• Present membership options and communicate programs, services, and benefits clearly.
• Drive membership growth through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
