Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll welcome clients, guide them toward memberships, and support instructors to deliver an exceptional studio experience.

This role emphasizes sales, relationship building, and operational excellence: manage front desk, track client records, and participate in promotions, events, and growth initiatives. You will collaborate with the General Manager to meet retention, utilization, and revenue goals

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and community events that generate leads and drive membership growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized client experience.
• Monitor member activity and reach out to disengaged clients.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate client records in studio systems.
• Process sales, memberships, and class packages accurately.
• Manage front desk, lobby, and studio cleanliness and organization.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and process client inquiries promptly.
• Assist management with schedule updates and announcements to clients.
• Occasionally cover shifts to support the team.
