Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to serve as the heartbeat of the studio, building relationships, guiding members toward memberships, and driving overall goals. You will help create a welcoming environment, support instructors, and keep daily operations running smoothly while promoting a high-touch client experience.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting, maintain accurate records, and contribute to events and promotions that grow the community and membership base.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to assess goals and recommend memberships.
• Convert inquiries and studio visits into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Manage front desk, phones, emails, and process inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM.
• Support instructors and cover shifts as needed.
• Assist management with schedules and announcements to clients.
• Ensure studio cleanliness and smooth daily operations.
• Support sales initiatives and events to generate leads.
