Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio, creating exceptional client experiences, supporting instructors, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will build genuine relationships with clients, guide them toward memberships, and help grow our community.

In a fast-paced, people-driven environment, you will drive sales, retention, and membership utilization, while staying organized and delivering a welcoming, five-star client journey from check-in to follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Ability to build relationships and understand client goals.
• Comfort with using booking and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person.
• Support promotions and events to drive membership growth.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records in studio systems.
