The Assistant Studio Manager at Austin Fitness Group supports daily studio operations, delivering a welcoming, high-energy member experience and confidently representing the brand to prospective and current members. You will drive membership sales and retention through strong relationship-building and collaborate closely with the studio team.

Responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for all members, prospects, and guests reflecting brand standards.
Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits clearly.
Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation to drive membership growth.
Build and maintain relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and opportunities.
