Austin Fitness Group is seeking a Sales Associate to support front-line operations and deliver an exceptional member experience at our studios. You will share the brand story, drive memberships, and help retain members while working with the studio team to hit sales goals.

The role requires a positive, service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a drive to meet performance targets. Reports to the Studio Manager. This is a part-time position and primarily based in-studio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Accurately complete and maintain member documentation using company systems.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
