Job summary

Austin Fitness Group (AFG) is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in Lakeway, TX to support daily and weekend studio operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional member experience. You will be the front-line contact for members and drive sales and retention through strong relationship-building.

The role requires service orientation, excellent communication, and a commitment to performance. You will work with the Studio Manager to support onboarding, training, and consistent brand

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory responsibilities, or managing people, programs, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy experience for all members and guests.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach and follow-ups.
• Build relationships within the local community to generate new business opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce the sales process.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation with high integrity and attention to detail.
• Process sales transactions (cash/credit) per policies and procedures.
