• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and explain programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the local community to generate new business.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce sales processes.
