Job summary

Austin Fitness Group is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily and weekend studio operations and provide an exceptional member experience in Austin. You will lead tours, present memberships, and drive sales while building relationships in the community.

The role requires strong communication, service mindset, and the ability to train and mentor Sales Associates. This is a full-time, on-site position with weekend hours as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospects, and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, clearly present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
• Build relationships within the local community to drive growth.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
• Maintain accurate member records using company systems with integrity.
• Process sales transactions in line with policies.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver a seamless member experience.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio activations.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
