Job summary

Austin Fitness Group in Langhorne, PA seeks an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily and weekend studio operations, deliver a welcoming, high-energy member experience, and drive membership sales and retention through strong relationship-building.

You will train Sales Associates, maintain member records, process transactions, support marketing initiatives and events, and partner with the team to ensure a seamless, consistent guest experience in a fast-paced studio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospects, and guests.
• Present membership options and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Mentor Sales Associates and reinforce the sales process.
• Maintain accurate member records and process sales transactions.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio events.
