Austin Fitness Group is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in Tempe, AZ to support daily studio operations and deliver a premier member experience. You will drive membership sales, onboard and mentor Sales Associates, and partner with the team to maintain high-energy, welcoming environments across front desk and studio floors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Present membership options and explain programs and benefits to prospects and members.
Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
Build relationships in the local community to increase brand awareness and drive new business.
Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring Sales Associates on the sales process.
Maintain accurate member records and process transactions per policies.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Support marketing initiatives and studio activations to drive engagement.
