Job summary

Austin Fitness Group (AFG) is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in San Antonio to support daily studio operations and deliver a high-energy member experience. You will present membership options, lead tours, and drive sales while representing the brand with professionalism.

You will mentor Sales Associates, manage member records, process transactions, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless member journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred (0–1 year).
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory responsibilities, or managing people, programs, or projects.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospects, and guests, reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation using company systems.
