Job summary

Austin Fitness Group (AFG) in Lakeway, TX, is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily and weekend studio operations and drive member sales with an energetic, guest-focused approach.

You will lead by example, mentor Sales Associates, manage member records, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless, high-quality member experience in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year in customer service, sales, hospitality or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory responsibilities or managing people, programs, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships in the local community to generate new business.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
• Maintain accurate member records and process transactions with integrity.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
