Qualifications

• Leadership, supervisory, or people/program management experience preferred (0–1 year).
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospects, and guests.
• Present membership options and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach and follow-ups.
• Build relationships within the local community to drive growth.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring Sales Associates.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation accurately.
