Musicologie Smyrna is seeking a Community Manager to lead our on-site studio, oversee student and parent relations, enrollment, events, and staff coaching. This full-time role offers a starting salary of $43,000 based on experience plus incentive pay and benefits.

You will drive growth, oversee operations, and foster a vibrant, music-loving community through events, communication, and a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Studio & Community Experience: be the warm, welcoming face during peak after-school hours and manage scheduling, policies, and events.
• Growth & Enrollment: handle inquiries via phone/text/email and guide families through enrollment using the proprietary system.
• Team Leadership & Development: hire, onboard, train, and coach music teachers using Musicologie's systems.
• Studio Operations: oversee daily operations, manage supplies and merchandise, and handle payments.
