Job summary

Musicologie Carmel is hiring a Community Manager to lead the studio, engage students and families, and drive enrollment and events. This on-site role focuses on creating a welcoming, high-energy environment and executing the studio’s growth strategies across our community.

You will manage day-to-day operations, communications, and team development while delivering an exceptional student experience and coordinating local events and concerts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, hospitality, or service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Comfortable learning and using new systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the warm, welcoming face of the studio, especially after school hours.
• Be the primary contact for scheduling, policies, and studio events.
• Plan, organize, and execute community events and student concerts.
