Job summary

Musicologie East Charlotte seeks a Community Manager to lead our on-site studio, build a welcoming culture, and drive growth. You will oversee enrollment, events, and daily operations while nurturing a creative, student-focused community.

You will report to the Studio Owner, with a starting salary of $45,000 based on experience, plus incentive pay and benefits. Typical hours include afternoons, evenings, and some weekend events, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a customer-facing studio or retail setting.
• Excellent communication with students, families and staff.
• Experience coordinating events and enrollment processes.
• Ability to hire, onboard and coach teachers using structured systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site studio experience, welcoming families and guiding events.
• Manage inquiries, enrollment流程 and scheduling with responsiveness.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations, payments, and data accuracy.
• Hire, train, and coach teachers; foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
