Job summary

Musicologie seeks a Community Manager to serve as the on-site leader for our Shrewsbury studio, driving an exceptional experience for students, parents, and teachers. You will implement the Musicologie system, support growth, and nurture a vibrant music community through events and personalized service.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, guiding families through enrollment, coordinating scheduling, and leading a team of teachers with a culture of collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, hospitality, or service is beneficial.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of creatives.
• Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the warm, welcoming face of Musicologie during peak after-school hours.
• Manage inquiries, enrollment guidance, and scheduling through our proprietary system.
• Plan and run community events and student concerts to grow the studio community.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach teachers using Musicologie systems.
• Oversee daily studio operations and handle payments and data accuracy.
