Job summary

Chamberlain University is seeking a Student Support Liaison to promote student success by delivering holistic, student-centered support across service areas. You will be a key contact for students, helping with questions and coordination across university departments to ensure timely resolutions and a culture of care.

The role involves scheduling, portal navigation, promoting student activities, facilitating events, and aiding with funding and scholarship inquiries, while upholding university

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in higher education, customer service, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student questions and connect them to university resources.
• Assist students with appointment scheduling, portal navigation, and self-service tools.
• Promote and support student opportunities and activities (federal work study, student orgs, peer tutoring, Chamberlain Care Closet).
• Plan and facilitate events (career fairs, open houses, workshops, graduation).
• Assist with questions on funding, military services, and scholarships.
