Job summary

Chamberlain University is seeking a Student Support Liaison to promote student success through holistic, student-centered service across campus. You’ll be a central contact for students and help remove barriers to learning within a respectful, inclusive environment aligned with the university’s mission.

You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, assist with scheduling and portal navigation, support student activities, plan events, and guide students on funding, scholarships, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year in higher education, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint; familiarity with student systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student questions and connect them to university resources.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, portal navigation, and self-service tools.
• Promote student opportunities and coordinate events with campus partners.
• Support compliance and audits as a point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to improve retention through process and technology.
