Job summary

Chamberlain University is seeking a Student Support Liaison to promote student success and provide holistic, student-centered support across campus services. You will be a key contact for inquiries and help remove barriers to persistence.

You will schedule appointments, navigate portals, assist with work-study and student activities, and coordinate events with multiple departments to ensure a seamless, caring student experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student questions and connect to university resources.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, portal navigation, and self-service tools.
• Promote student opportunities and coordinate events with campus teams.
• Assist with funding, scholarships, and military services questions.
• Support compliance audits and maintain knowledge of enterprise applications.
