Job summary

Chamberlain University is seeking a Student Support Liaison to promote student success through holistic, student-centered support across service areas. You will serve as a primary contact for students, collaborating with campus departments to resolve inquiries and drive student persistence in a caring, inclusive environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in higher education or customer service, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in higher education or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student questions and connect them to university resources.
• Assist students with appointment scheduling, portal navigation, and self-service tools.
• Promote student opportunities and activities (federal work study, clubs, Chamberlain Care Closet).
• Plan and facilitate events (career fairs, open houses, workshops, graduation).
• Assist with questions regarding funding, military services, and scholarships.
• Serve as the point of contact for compliance audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve retention through processes and technology.
• Develop knowledge of enterprise applications and business processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with policies and standards.
