Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service.
• Experience in higher education preferred.
• Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain tasks and responsibilities set by leadership.
• Handle calls, in-person walk-ins, and emails from prospective students.
• Assist with advising and university services inquiries.
• Input and organize information into databases.
• Plan and coordinate events with the Associate Center Director.
• Answer application and general enrollment inquiries from the public.
• Maintain attendance rosters and enforce NU policies.
• Provide input on how to improve processes based on client feedback.
• Assess students’ needs and determine the level of support needed.
• Perform other work-related duties as directed by the Associate Center Director.
• Update attendance rosters and disseminate information to faculty, students, and staff.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support campus operations.
• Deliver messages to students on behalf of the University as needed.
• Ensure facilities are ready for daily activities and events.
