National University is seeking a Campus Support Specialist to provide on-site support for students and prospective students. This role covers administrative support for advising, financial aid, student accounts, and university services, acting as a first-level contact for remote advising.

You will handle inquiries from students, organize data in databases, coordinate events, and contribute to a positive team environment while ensuring campus operations run smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service or related required.
• Experience in higher education preferred.

Aufgaben

• Handle inquiries from prospective students by phone, in person, and email.
• Assist with advising and university services queries.
• Input information into databases and maintain accurate records.
• Plan and coordinate events with the Associate Center Director.
• Answer applications and general enrollment inquiries from the public.
• Maintain relations with students and prospective students.
• Provide input on process improvements based on client feedback.
• Assist with room reservations and campus logistics.
