Job summary

You will be part of a team supporting daily operations at the San Diego location, with a focus on customer service, confidentiality, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service or related role.
• Experience in higher education or technology-driven environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for students and prospective students.
• Handle inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and email.
• Input information into databases and maintain records.
• Coordinate events and respond to enrollment questions.
• Communicate updates to faculty, students, and staff.
