National University is seeking an on-site Campus Support Specialist to assist students and prospective students with academic advising, financial aid, student accounts, and university services at the Fresno location. You will act as a liaison and first-level support for remote advising and coordinate events with campus leadership.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service or related required.
• Experience in higher education preferred.
• Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred.

Aufgaben

• Handle inquiries from prospective students by phone, walk-ins, and email.
• Input data into databases and maintain records.
• Plan events with the Associate Center Director and support advising services.
• Coordinate room reservations and campus events.
• Provide on-site support and ensure classroom readiness.
• Assist with enrollment inquiries and update attendance rosters.
