Job summary

National University seeks a Campus Support Specialist to provide on-site assistance to students and prospective students at our El Segundo location. You will handle inquiries, support advising and university services, and act as a liaison for remote advising.

You will organize information, coordinate events with leadership, and maintain records while ensuring confidentiality and high service standards across office operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service.
• Experience in higher education preferred.
• Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for students and prospective students.
• Handle phone calls, in-person walk-ins, and emails from prospective students.
• Assist with advising and university services inquiries.
• Coordinate events with the Associate Center Director.
• Maintain attendance rosters and retention procedures.
• Disseminate information to faculty, students, and staff; post pertinent materials.
