Job summary

Chamberlain University is seeking a Student Support Liaison in Indianapolis to promote student success through holistic, student-centered services. You will be a first point of contact for inquiries, guiding students to resources and fostering a culture of care aligned with the university's mission.

You will collaborate with campus teams, schedule appointments, support events, and help students navigate funding and scholarship opportunities while ensuring compliance and effective resolution of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in higher education or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-starter with good prioritization.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student questions and connect them to university resources.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, portal navigation, and self-service tools.
• Promote student opportunities and activities such as work study and tutoring.
• Plan and facilitate events like career fairs and open houses.
• Assist with questions on local/state funding, military services, and scholarships.
• Serve as contact for compliance audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve retention through process/tech solutions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of enterprise applications and business processes.
• Perform other duties and comply with policies.
