City Year AmeriCorps members provide coaching and mentoring to students in elementary through high school, aiming to increase academic success, attendance, and positive behaviors. You will plan and monitor individual progress, supporting teachers with in-class instruction and student assistance.

Training is provided (2–4 weeks) at year start, with ongoing collaboration with teachers and school staff throughout the program. Entry-level, full-time, paid AmeriCorps position in Mansfield, OH.
