• Experience with financial aid, billing, or registration processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students and families with GW administrative processes for financial aid, billing, and registration.
• Explain deadlines, requirements, and payment options including monthly plans; guide online self-service use.
• Collaborate with Student Financial Assistance, Student Accounts, Registrar, and GWorld to resolve issues at first contact.
