Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in undergraduate student affairs or higher education academic support.
• Strong written and verbal communication with student-centered service.
• Ability to pass FERPA compliance training and protect student data.

Responsibilities

• Guide undergraduate students on degree requirements, course registration, and policy navigation.
• Review student records and clear degree requirements using Degree Works.
• Manage the department inbox to provide timely, accurate responses to inquiries.
• Provide general event support and cover the front desk to maintain daily operations.
