Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in undergraduate student affairs or higher education academic support.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on student-centered service.
• Ability to pass FERPA compliance training upon hire and maintain student privacy.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Guide undergraduates on degree requirements, course registration, and policy navigation.
• Review student records and clear degree requirements using Degree Works.
• Manage the department inbox to respond to undergraduate inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Provide general event support and cover the front desk to maintain daily office operations.
