You will navigate, clean, and organize digital files, manage multi-year data downloads, and upload clinical case and time logs into student tracking platforms.

You will route inquiries, assist students with routine orientation questions, and serve as a clear, professional point of contact for nursing students seeking information and guidance.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of administrative or office support experience.
• Strong detail orientation, problem-solving, and data-entry/process skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with students and staff.
• Ability to handle confidential student information.
• English reading/writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Navigate, clean, and organize digital files and folders; manage multi-year data downloads and upload time logs.
