Job summary

Milan Institute in San Antonio, TX seeks a friendly Customer Service Specialist for our student salon floor. You will greet clients, manage appointments, and support students and instructors to deliver a positive learning experience.

You will handle payments, promote salon services, keep the space organized, and resolve client questions or issues while staying current with industry trends. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, ideally in beauty/salon industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, students, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, schedule appointments, manage preferences and inquiries.
• Coordinate bookings with instructors and students for smooth operations.
• Provide excellent service and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
