Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet salon clients professionally to create a positive first impression.
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and preferences.
• Coordinate bookings with instructors and students for smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional service and address client needs throughout the visit.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon floor and workstations.
• Handle client complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Process payments and manage cash register transactions.
• Promote salon services and promotions to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to make recommendations.
• Assist with administrative tasks and salon projects as needed.
