Job summary

Milan Institute in Houston is seeking a friendly Customer Service Specialist to greet clients attending the student salon floor, manage bookings, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. You will be the face of the campus, coordinating appointments and handling payments with accuracy.

You will collaborate with instructors and students to balance client needs with learning objectives, promote services and promotions, and maintain a clean, organized space.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, ideally in beauty/salon.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills for appointment management.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage a welcoming reception.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and preferences.
• Coordinate bookings with instructors and students for smooth operations.
• Provide courteous service and attend to client needs throughout their visit.

• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
