Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in beauty/salon.

• Strong organizational skills for appointment management.
• Enthusiasm for supporting student learning and development.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with salon management software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cosmetology services and products.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends per salon hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and manage a positive first impression.
• Assist clients with scheduling and preferences; answer inquiries.
• Coordinate bookings with instructors and students to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the visit.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon floor and common areas.
• Handle complaints professionally and pursue resolutions.
• Process payments and cash register transactions.
• Promote salon services and promotions to drive referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Assist with administrative tasks and salon projects as needed.
