Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to counsel borrowers on repayment options and present steps to bring loans current.
• Communicate with borrowers by phone, mail and email about responsibilities and consequences of default.
• Handle loan transfers and document borrower accounts clearly and accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of loan repayment options and related laws and regulations.
• Update loan status in the system and participate in process improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
